The owner experienced a drop in PV plant output and engaged QE Labs service for identifying defective modules. We performed a full EL scan on the PV plant and identified extensive degradation in many PV panels. The measured EL images, mapped according to the site layout, enabled the plant owner to accurately identify the modules that require replacement.
